I've never even heard the phrase 'constructive dismissal'.

Fair play though, there was never even anyone in the office when I was working most of the time. Obsessive Wrathing wasn't even the half of it - quite often I'd leave 2 hours before I was supposed to and still get all my wages ...

It turned out the job I was doing was completely pointless - they told me just before I finished it. Nice easy ride though!
