My simple take on things ?

Leader of people have an aura.

Something that would stop the conversation as they walked into a room. A guy I played hockey with is now a senior director of a massive UK PLC. He had that presence about him. In buckets.

I?ve met a few Norwich managers. Some good, some bad. Some just plain nasty. I even met one who has become a manager at another club and doing more than quite well.

Almost ALL had something that stood them apart from the others. You had to do what they said, through force of personality, will.

Just one I met didn?t have that.

Probably random bollox this, but a different take on things.
