One of the things I keep hearing is

"Hughton is a nice guy" seriously is that what is keeping him in a job, he shouldn't get sacked because he's a decent human being, even though he is out of his depth? Said it before and I'll say it again "This isn't a nice guy business"

Give us a nasty piece of s**t who is willing to give players the hair dryer treatment any day.

This could be the issue, Hughton is too nice so he has lost all respect from the player's. Whereas Lambert would kill those 11 out on that pitch today and you could expect several to be dropped or even not play ever again for the club after that performance!
