I haven't looked forward to an NCFC game less than this weekend's for years and years.

There, I've said it.

I'd rather not be in the country, cos I don't want to listen or watch. But I know I will.

And I know I should think back to the really really s**t years and put it into perspective, there is common sense in that, but f**k, all you really want of a footballing weekend is a optimistic outlook, a good chance of winning, and no bitter recriminations and fall out post match. I can't see any of my wishes coming true. The injuries have just made things 1,000 times worse.

Fucking football...
