I'm sure you can... the same as if you have a PS3 attached...

I would think somewhere there will be where you can stream stuff straight from your PC (set it up as a media server) and Google throws up lots of resources showing how to do it on a Smart TV.
The PS3 interface is awful though so I usually just attach my laptop to the TV via the HDMI lead.
