Far from opposing it, I would actively support it. I would LOVE to see safe standing introduced, because I think a standing section would bring back some noise and passion into the crowd of the type I remember as a teenager. Atmosphere is key for live sport and all-seaters have definitely reduced the atmosphere. I'm not advocating a return to old-style terraces but when you look at the way it's done in Germany, you can see that it is entirely possible to bring back standing in a much safer way than the terraces.
