Cor, this explains something the other day

I bought a load of demijohns (for sloe gin etc) and when they arrived one was smashed. So I asked them to send another and they insisted I took photos of it before they would. I assumed at the time they wanted the pictures to enable them to make an insurance claim, but maybe they thought I was making it up
