It's more like 1 great decision, one not too bad

Hughton kept us up last season, won the last couple of games to get us some extra cash and brought in some great players. He's not been a failure.

It's just that we may not progress under him and need someone else in. I'd hardly call his appointment a bad one but his sacking could still be a good one.
