I don;t know that its necessarily an admission of getting it wrong

We perhaps needed a particular type and style of manager last season in the wake of Lamberts departure and it could be argued that Hughton was that manager and did what was necessary. Now, however, we arguably need more if we are to continue to progress as a club and not just aspire to finishing 16th every season.
