So is picking the team but all of have opinions on what that should be

There are plenty of opinions slung around on here everyday it keeps the place going but as if by magic... the new manager is the clubs job... we shouldn't have an opinion. I think it shows that there are no real standout candidates out there. Or at least none that are in the recognisably well known.
