we're only 9 games into the season ffs. It's worrying yes, but surely too soon

to take the massive step of changing the manager.
The grass isn't always greener on the other side. If we change manager there's a big chance that a lot more could go badly wrong.
I'm sure Macnally & co are concerned, but they want to be sure before they act.
They can't possible be sure after 9 games, regardless of results last season and they probably have already thought of a target that he willl have to reach.
