in the eyes of the supporters of course he does... nothing means more to the supporters

than to play for their club. Supporters aren't always rational and it would have been nice had he shown a bit of loyalty and getting away quietly... plus I can't remember him being prem league quality then.

Rob Green probably hindered his progression by being loyal to his club for far longer than he should have.
