O'Neill was so overtly arrogant though ...

... and publicly took the piss out of Norwich as a city, I remember, and obviously thought he was Billy Big Bollocks. Immensely talented too, but really lazy - both more talented and more disinterested than Francis IMO. The Coventry fans still want to kill him, I think.
