He's pretty direct, looks up and seems to want to head for goal and shoot

Would be good to see 2 from these 3 running the show too though: Redmond/Pilks/Snod to help him out a bit

Not sure why it's not working yet with RvW and Hooper though, really hope it starts to click soon though!
