I'm sorry but signing 14 players and then not naming some of them in 25 man squad is definitely incompetent. As is playing one of your stars from promotion season for 2 games and then ditching him from 25 man squad. Shocking man management. By his own admission he's an awful lot to learn and isn't ready for prem. doubt he will get another chance
