Just totally honest about the mistakes they both made.

Not sure how many other clubs would do this.

The last kind of brutal honesty like this was when Delia and MWJ admitted they needed help and employed as chairman the very person who blasted them for lacking quality leadership.

I think the Holloway presser is an insight into the vast gulf between most current champs clubs.

While Lambert and Hoots have done an amazing job of keeping us up I think the behind the scenes planning of the board has helped them enormously.
