Just back from the game.

Nothing extra to report on what everyone has already said.

Some highlites for me were :-

1.) Watching the Newc v Pool game in the 12 pins at Finsbury Park with some gooners - good banter with them.

2.) Looking round the stadium and seeing various banners like "Singapore Gooners", "Swedish Gooners" etc - very cosmon. And also "Gay Gooners" - which I thought was fair play to them.

3.) Snodgrass needs resting. He really does.

4.) Ruddy made 3 or 4 world class saves. Total quality.

5.) We played pretty well 15 mins each side of half time and Howsons goal gave us something to cheer about but as everyone says its all about the next 4-5 home games.

6.) My overiding feeling was that we missed RvW ! - never thought I would be saying that a few weeks ago.
