It wasn't quite 3 at the back...

Tettey was playing the DM role - if one of the full backs pushed up, the CB on that side was covering the FB role and Tettey was dropping a bit deeper. As soon as the ball came back across he was taking it up the pitch.

It wasn't a back three as such, just very good tactical play that led to us having a lot of possession.

Also - with regards to Tettey sub, it was purely tactical. There was probably at least 40 odd minutes between the clash of heads and him being subbed.
