I agree but we have to be careful of positive racism too

we want the best manager for the team, not one because there is a need for a more ethnically diverse manager pool.

Football has changed radically over the past 20 years in terms of the playing side but teams are still on the whole owned by old rich conservatives (mostly men) maybe there is still a lot of old fashioned values in the boardrooms especially in the lower leagues and more parochial places.
