Emirates Today

We travelled to North London on the Branson Express today, with hope rather than expectation (when HS2 is built (in 2032) then we'll make the trip in just over an hour...).

Now I do like the Emirates, but it's rather corporatised so it was difficult to get much of an atmosphere going in the Away End. The one plus was the catering, a Lancashire (Hollands) pie. Familiar to us Northerners.

The game. Overall we were in it, up to the last 10 mins. Some clinical finishes, that we didn't have. Hooper, not sure about him, RVW makes more runs. Tettey and Fer just fine. Back 4, stood off a few times that invited Arsenal on to us. Ruddy, several top saves.

At 2-1 we were very much in the game. Hughton made the change to try to get something out of it (on Wes and Redmond). So it didn't work in the end, but compared to the Spurs game, this was so much more positive. 4-1 was not a fair reflection of the game.

This is not the time to panic, but points are urgently needed at Carrow Road. With the Fer, Tettey, Howson combo working out how to feed the wingers, and the striker (RVW), then goals will come. Quickly please Chris.

So to our next away games, we've worked out that we'll have to travel a total of 10 miles to Utd and City. To those on the road from Norfolk, safe travelling and a big respect.
