This board used to be worth lurking on

Now I feel moved to say how s**t it's become.

Calm the f**k down dears. There's some football on tomorrow you know!

The Swedes have to be in for a start, shurely? They've had a good pair of internationals. (This time last week I was sat in a bar in Cologne before running the marathon watching the Germans muller the Irish, and then the Swedish highlights came on and showed Martin's wondergoal - fair play to them.) I fear Javier might become a forgotten man. The hairy man's Tierney, if you will.

Too many good midfielders now. We all want to see Wes (arguably the only one whose passing could rival the Arse's?) but Leroy, the Norfolk Yaya, and Howson can't easily be dropped. And we've got lots of pace and threat from all three of Pilks, Redders, and the Snod - but we're not likely to see all three of them play together any time soon either. Good to have a selection dilemma - but at the end of the day, do we have ANY players who can threaten Arsenal?

I'd like to see the improved passing from the last few games continue. There was some tidy stuff against Chelski, though we didn't really have much penetration (oo-er) until Redders came on and ran at them. So let's have a midfield 3 of Fer, Yaya, and Howson, then Pilks OR Snod in a roving attacking-midfield role then the Wolf and Hoops up front, and one or other of the full-backs getting forward to lash crosses in (seeing as they're the only ones who can) and all the big lads get the f**k in the box to convert. And you've still got lots of defensive steel if we lose it up top: as long as not all the midfielders pile upfield, should be OK. Nothing ventured, nothing gained - so let's give it a go.

Right. Time for a w**k
