outside a primery school or in a built up area yes....

but on a f**king dual carraigeway on the outskirts of monmouth, where the carraigeway turns a bend and with NO warning you hit a 50 limit and the c**ts are hiding in theirvan just the other side........i was slowing down as soon as i saw the 50 sign and they got me at 57 a second later I would have been around 50. No building, crossing, pedestrians for a mile. Hardly a criminal offence. Just another council tax.
