Just to add my thoughts. Saw the majority of his games for city and will always be a legend for this club. Made the very most of what skills god gave him and made the rest up with heart, sheer effort and guts.

We missed him for a good part of the first promotion season but he came back at the end to see us over the line with a couple of classic headers for which I treasure the photographs, as with his towering header against QPR the year before.

Honest, full of life, 100% effort expected from himself and all around him, and a gentleman.

So sorry for his wife, family and friends even though I realise this has been going on for some years. My heart goes out to you all and every single supporter who had the good fortune to watch him play.
