his direct counterparts are Schaars, Strootman, Maher, de Guzman and van Ginkel.
Unless he performs brilliantly in the Prem of course.
The ace up his sleeve is that he is versatile and if needed can also play the defensive role so if you take him in the squad you can save a place for another position or a flair player. But I don't see him getting many starts unless he gets sold to a top 4 Prem side and is starting regularly.
