Ah, right. Well as I said above - I agree that having seeding is essentially fixing the

draw. And I agree that it was crap that FIFA hadn't confirmed what they were going to do in 2010 at the outset - I remember thinking that at the time. (Although seeding the play-offs wasn't completely out of the blue - they'd done it the previous time, too.)

At least this time they've been clear from the beginning that there'd be seeding. That achieves part of what you're accusing them of. But it's very different to actually rigging the draw (and as I say, looking back at the past four tournaments, I can't see any reason to think they've done that, based on what happened with the draws.)
