My point in this thread is the fact that no-one seems to care to hear an explanation on why Francis hasn't performed as well as earlier in the season. It's unfair to jugde a player without bothering to consider that there could be other reasons than laziness.

Francis was, in my opinion, by far our best player before christmas. We know that he is good enough for the Premiership. I think we should back him up - not slag him. It doesn't increase the chances of him staying put. We need him next season. Midfielders like him doesn't grow on trees.
