Gemma's just had her first England Regional Squad session today

And already she?s come back with ideas, technique and drills that are so far ahead of what I know it?s scary. (I used to go round in 75 thanks to relying on a good eye and being decent at hockey). All the things the girls need to do, understand work out and get into their game is miles beyond me.

And I just thought it was about hitting a ball round a field (? Rory)
