Follow this person out of the office tonight at a reasonable distance

then the moment you are both in a CCTV blackspot (check for this this morning) run flat out into them from behind, sending them crashing to the floor.
Extend a hand to help them up saying "sorry mate didn't see you" then as they get up, execute a vice like headlock and land a few swift jabs to soften them up, all the while hissing "SNITCHES GET STITCHES"
When they are a mess of snot and tears throw them to the floor once again, then simply flick a business card onto their prone, sobbing form. The (self made) business card should read "WATCH IT SUNSHINE" in the most intimidating font available on your pc. Impact would be the one on mine, you might have better available. Good luck.
