Interesting twitter story here regarding the how the @chase name found a new home.

I wonder how quite a few famous people twitter have pre-reserved names for or have had appropriated back?

Twitter as far as I know don?t allow cyber-squatting of names as I ?won? back the @capitalcanaries name after it had been claimed by someone else who then never tweeted. I did tweet them quite a few times but no reply. In the end I wrote to twitter who cancelled the old registration of @capitalcanaries
