I genuinely think it's nothing to do with safety, more to do with knowing who's who

the FSF are doing a great job, and Dortmund are the perfect example.

Sadly, the FA are a bunch of inept dinosaurs and I can't see it happening.

Some our most fervent singing supporters are in the 50's now - and would prefer the option to sit down - and we're outpricing younger fans.

It's difficult to find a middle ground on this - but at least try it, somewhere (same as the goal-line technology - took a ridiculous amount of time to implement)
