Carrow Rd is maxed out.

The plan - should it ever come to pass, is to rebuild the City Stand and make it two tier. This would make Carrow Rd 30000+ approx , but would wipe out the snakepit as we know it i suspect.

Anyway - This is dependant on another season in the prem I would guess.
