I don't think he is s**t by any stretch, he is a valuable squad member

but the type of player we should be looking to improve on. Incidentally, under Lambert, with Fox available to distribute play, BJ's passing was much superior than last season where the responsibility fell to him, Tettey or Howson to distribute the ball.
