The 'bonus point games'

Cardiff beat Man City. Stoke held Man City. Swansea held Liverpool. West Ham thrashed Spurs. Can't afford to be blase about these games when rivals are picking up points.

So far though, 7 points is normal at this stage. I thought we'd draw with Hull and Villa - 2 points gone - but only draw at Stoke - 2 points gained. And I'd say we're better than Stoke, should ultimately end up above Cardiff and Hull, and there's nothing between ourselves, Fulham and West Ham.

So we should be alright in the end - but the run of home games coming up are MASSIVE, and we have no real margin for error. 22 points at the halfway stage remains my minimum target; 24 would have us looking comfortable.
