Smart phone help please

Sorry I know the game is about to start but if anyone can help it would be apreiciated.

My daughter has a samgsung galaxy ace on T mobile. At present she can't make or recieve any calls or texts, but the internet seems ok, any ideas before I call the carphone warehouse.
