and Chelts, not sure if you're part of the support team on the day (helping with orientation etc) but there's this helper each end who has a long stick with a sponge like object on the end which they use to bong the swimmer on the head, shoulders etc with

it might be your only chance to get away with something like that under the circumstances (whilst also simultaneously helping out)

sorry mrs chelts (but someone's gotta do it hey ;)
