It's dead simple
Buy a demijohn and a cork bung
Stick 2kg fruit into the freezer for 24 hours min (this micro-fractures the skin so the juice comes out and is a lot easier than pricking the fruit)
Put frozen fruit into demijohn
Add 1kg sugar
Pour in vodka (will take about three bottles)
Shake every now and then till all sugar is dissolved (takes a few days)
Keep in dark cool place for at least 6 months but preferably longer,
