I'd have thought he would, yes.

The point I was making, is that it's one thing chucking him on when we're 2 down in the early rounds of the League Cup and quite another from Hughton's point of view to play him in a Premier League game that may or may not determine whether he still has a job come Monday.

If it was down to me, Murphy would certainly be in the squad no question. But I'll still be (pleasantly) surprised if Hughton includes him.
