Hoots needs to learn how to make inspired substitutions

Lambert was the master of the match-changing substitution and generated loads of late goals. We've got better quality in depth now, so let's use it tactically on match days. Almost like Hoots is nervous to assert himself tactically, just sticks doggedly to Plan A, even when it isn't working.
