I agree with this... but most premier league managers are automatons

all playing the same tactics, all having very little idea how to change things positively during the game. The personality changes a little through the media trained platitiudes.... Lambert is one of very few managers that can actually think independently of the masses , has fresh ideas, is not afraid to lose a few games to try and win them. More managers need to through off their inhibitions... but I think that Lambert's self confidence is part of what makes him different
