But regarding Hughton I have no idea tbh, I wouldn't be surprised if both he and McNally have had a sneaky glimpse occasionally, whether it's this board, the pinkun or anything official

I doubt they read anything in detail though if they even glimpse, just to gauge a high level feel maybe, or perhaps DM has a social media assistant for stuff like that, he seems to acknowledge it's importance for managing a customer service business
