Would there be any value to having Neill Adams run some training sessions? I assume Calderwood does now and any attacking principles he is teaching don't seem to have much impact on the players. Adams seems to have done an effective job with the youth, and I know it would be hard on Calderwood, but a different voice might carry some weight.
At the very least maybe he could work with the wide players.
Just a thought.
