1. We have won 5 in the last 26 matches.
2. We have 4 points from 5 relatively kind opening fixtures. If we continue like this over the course of the season we will almost certainly get relegated. We don;t want to get relegated. it will not be good for the club.
3. We won 2 away games all of last season and this season have started in exactly the same vein.
4. Despite heavy investment, the team is underperforming and morale appears to be low. Senior players (past and present) are dropping heavy hints they do/did not like how they are being asked to play.
5. Many of the fans are bored sh*tless. The demand for away tickets has dropped significantly and home games are not selling out anything like as quick. This is because the football under the current management has been very poor. If it continues it will start to hit revenues.
6. lots of the fans (not all admittedly) would like a change of management. Of those who are not yet in the Hughton out camp I would say most that i speak to would be "indifferent" to Hughton going. Lets be honest. He's never really bonded massively with the fans here. Chants of Hughton;s name are extremely rare.
