I don't really follow lower league (below the prem) football anymore, so there might be one or two up and coming younger managers floating about, not sure

Although abroad (again, don't really follow) I bet there are some decent tacticians and motivators out there

Of those that I actually know, I would suggest Solskjaer, only because a) I've actually heard of him and b) I know he wants to manage in the premiership sometime, hence why Randy Lerner the Villa owner sent a private jet out to him last summer before they eventually gave the job to Lmabert

Having said that, I still think Hughton deserves a chance to turn this around with the new players. If that fails however, then Solskjaer, someone up and coming from here, or a smart acquisition from abroad (who knows!?)
