I think part of the frustration yesterday was that despite them nearly scoring after

2 minutes and scoring after half an hour we looked the better team before the goal went in. Our heads seemed to drop and we were then predictable slow and inept for an hour.

I assume Olsson was't fit as we needed his pace at the back, we couldn't handle their directness and pace and we never chose to take Agbon out before he started a run which was odd.

Fer wins good tackles but didn't drive forward with any regularity, Redmond is quick but can't see a pass, many times he could have put Ricky through but chose to shoot or pass across field and I was happy to see him subbed.
Johnny was struggling with multiple role requirements of stopper, box to box and creative focal point. Snoddy was dreadful and got worse the harder he tried. Ricky looks like he's still trying but he should have put the header or shot in but overall the service to him was nonexistent. Elmander is a lump and is no Wes.
When Hootun made changes there was still no focal point for creativity in midfield and Pilks never got in the game and Hooper was enjoying the same service as Ricky.

Crosses and corners were s**te all day and we need to find a way to accommodate Wes, Fox or another who the team can pass to and who can find a pass. Maybe Toivanen or Quag were the missing part of the jigsaw.

Hootun should go IMO as it will get no better, a nervous man scared to lose with a spineless inept back room team.
