wrong - it was a strategic error to start to build the corner stand and some other assets

(excluding the pitch) during the August to Dec period when the money should have been spent on signing Ashton by the START of the 2004/2005 season.

Surely the starting of the build of some of the Fixed Assets could have waited until early 2005 ?
