No evolution of the team from last year. The problem is when you only target 12 - 15 games a season as games to look for anything more than a draw, when you don't get anything from those you make it even harder. I just can't see he's got what it takes to turn it around. If we're going to be there or there abouts in a relegation scrap let's at least have a go rather than just try not to get beat in at least 24 of the 38 games a season.
