Wroth help please

Hello wrathers I need your help. As some of you know as you sponsored me (thank you) I'm doing tough mudder on 05.10.13 which is a 13 mile assault course. You run through mud pits, fire, ice tanks, you get a electric shock at the end. Proper hardcore stuff and I'm doing it for kings Lynn based charity Scottys little soldiers.

They provide days out and treats for the children of our soldiers that have been killed in service for our country. I wanted to raise over a grand but stuck around ?150 so far and here is where I need your help.

Although I'd love donations from you lot I'm not gonna force it on anyone but could anyone tweet my link please

Of about 100 celebs iv tweeted john ruddy sponsored me and the rest are all Norwich players, so maybe try have herd of the charity which is why any rt would help as you lot may have more Norfolk based followers.
