I've interviewed for positions here for about 9 years now

There's no EO here, but I like to interview older people with good CV's. If after meeting them they appear a good candidate, they often do shedloads of work because they're not out boozing every night, or they appreciate being not being judged. Or simply, they're just grown up and work
