I get why companies give things out to keep their customer standards high as a gesture when a complaint is made, but sure they should train their security staff better and eject the fcker in the 1st place!

I wasn't even allowed in Harrods as a teen wearing shorts, and I don't go around shouting "kill islam" or whatever other bollocks they do
