drunk tanks

not them tanks jumblers, drunk ones; for drunks. the government are considering allowing plod up and down the land to sling drunken revelers into privately contracted "drunk tanks". all we need to do is buy a load of old 40' shipping containers and we could clear up here. i've heard that each booze sozzled chav is going to be fined ?400 so we could say charge the government ?200 and still make a tidy profit. i've done all the research and that. to ensure we've got health and safety covered i will need you to drill some holes in the containers so nobody croaks and buy some half decent snappers to lock the little f**kers in for the night. reckon we could easy stuff 50 of them in each container. only other outlay is a karcher jet washer to hose them out the next day. i propose we start of with about 500 containers and see how it goes. once we see if it's going ok we can branch out of kings lynn.
